Quality Engineering Manager

Manage and Lead the Quality Engineers on all issues related to Quality Engineering Drive Continuous Improvement in: Warranty with the Final Customer, PPM Assemblies at the OEM, and IPPM for all Internal Lines Manager the ISO Processes and Associated Activities to ensure adherence to ISO Standards across the entire company Support Manufacturing Engineering APQP activities including PFMEA/Control Plan development, RPN reduction, Machine Run-offs, Error Proofing and Internal PPAP's Support Manufacturing Operations through Process Audits, Problem Solving, Training of Personnel and the teardown of returned product. Communicate and work cooperatively with Operations, Manufacturing Engineers, and Suppliers to ensure products and services exceed Customer Expectations. Coordinate and Support Internal sorts of finish product and supplier parts Facilitate and support disciplined problem solving with operations and engineering on quality issues. Ensure proper Training and Development for the Quality Engineering Team Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience Managing in a Quality and or Engineering function Problem solving experience utilizing Global 8D, Statistical Problem Solving, Six Sigma, etc. Experience with engine components, such as block heads, crank shafts, pistons, etc. Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to collaborate within all levels of the organization.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
