Branch Management System Engineer

Description   Summary The Branch Management System Engineer is fully responsible for the overall operation and infrastructure of Wintrust's facilities. This includes the safety and well-being of its employees, safeguarding company assets and property, and the maintenance and operations of office equipment. The qualified candidate will be detailed oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at any given time and will be extremely professional and customer service focused..   Areas of Responsibility Primary liaison between Corporate Real Estate and each bank branch site. Managing the ordering and installation of Telecom connectivity across the Network Environment Coordinating with vendors and branches the preset up of Circuit installations.  Low Voltage circuit extensions from MPOE to telco room. Coordinate Installation of network equipment with Branch and Network Security Team Coordinate the Turn up of circuits with Branches, Network Security Team and Telecommunications Vendor Manage the Heat Ticket system for all tasks associated with New Location activation Participate in the Site Visits to new locations and the design of the Technology area / Network Room with Corporate Real Estate. Maintain Data Base of all circuits for each site.  This will include, MPLS, internet, Audio Visual, Cable, POTS, etc Assist in the review of Circuit Invoices to ensure accuracy. Assist in all New Locations, Renovations, Audio Visual /TV, WIFI, and Circuit upgrade activities. Provide updates from all Corporate Real Estate meetings for New Locations and Renovations. Off hour and weekend work required on special projects Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in Telecommunications Circuit Connectivity and troubleshooting Ability to communicate effectively with multiple areas to ensure smooth installations of new sites. Maintain a database of over 500 circuits detailing accuracy of locations and types of circuits. Ensure follow up tasks and processes are completed in a timely manner.  1801445

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
