Indirect Procurement Manager

Description This position will be responsible for leading Indirect, Fleet and Travel Commodities by facilitating and implementing Best in Class Practices and Strategies across the Americas region concentrating on the Lowest Total Cost of Ownership, establishing a preferred supply base and ensuring all Videojet regions are aligned with Videojet / DHR corporate spend policies.  Primary Responsibilities: o Driving and delivering annual Year over Year net productivity goalso Develop and deploy category sourcing strategies for various parts of the organizations (e.g. Consulting, Legal, HR, Travel & Entertainment, Fleet, MRO, Equipment, Facility & Professional Services, Contract Labor & Training Services, Operational Services, Informational Technology Tools & Equipment, etc.)o Building pipeline of projects by conducting cross functional workshops throughout Videojet organizations  o Formulating regional / in-country / global sourcing strategies on key spend categories o Executing on working capital turns improvement programs including inventory reduction and supplier payment terms improvementso Develop, negotiate and execute contracts/agreements with suppliers that minimize TCO, improve quality, minimize supply risk and assure on-time delivery.o Travel up to 10-25% Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:o Cost Improvement Project Management o Management or Communication with Supply base o Strong skills in negotiations, communications, leadership and ability to influenceo Knowledgeable in leading workshops and improvement processes Qualifications o 4-year Bachelor's degree in business related curriculum o 5+ years of professional procurement experience related to indirect, commodity leadership, purchasing and/or project management, Supply Chain, Operations or Financeo Cross functional project management experience, successfully implementing measureable improvements in the supply chain. o Broad Supply Chain and TCO experience.o Leading sourcing workshops and/or Kaizen eventso Strong sourcing, supply management, and negotiation skills necessary including negotiating contracts and manage business relationshipso Skills such as Six Sigma (green belt), Root cause analysis etc., preferred.o Effective leadership and facilitation demonstrated.o Ability to influence and lead with and without authority in a highly matrix organization o Ability to collect, analyze, and integrate information by leveraging appropriate productivity tools VID004315

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
