Global Strategy Analyst ( Management / Analysis / Reporting )


- Perform data analysis and standard work for monthly Ops/PD reviews, including Product Scorecard, Spotlight scorecard,NPDscorecard, etc.

- Create/maintain install base and entitlement analysis model for all technologies use as foundation for business scenario analysis, provides a market backed view on what a winning business should look like.

- Support Quarterly SIR via a comprehensive competitive analysis across technologies and key competitors. Become a central information hub on competitor intel - each key competitor s business model, GTM approach, financials, install base, ASP, distributors, IP, etc. both globally and in each major region/market.

Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations (forecasting, price realization, data support for PSP development, etc.).

Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.

Develop and automate reports, interactively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, recommendations (including next steps), as well as any ongoing deliverables and presentations.

Develop comprehensive understanding of Videojet s data, metrics and systems, advocating for changes where needed, to improve our ability to make fact-based business decisions.

Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in sales, marketing, and/or business management /consulting roles that have included quantitative analysis.

Strong analytical background and highly computer literate (especially in Oracle, SFDC, MS Office).

Passion to win winning is beating the competition and growing VJ sales and margins.

MBA preferred, in a relevant field of interest (Business, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics).

Self-starter takes initiatives, persistent, resourceful, and highly dependable/committed to delivering tangible results. Strong financial and analytical skills and a working knowledge of Oracle and SFDC business and sales support systems. Ability to solve complex problems quantitatively and develop clear, data-driven business hypotheses and recommendations. Ability to work successfully with both business, financial and IT teams across the organization. Inclination and ability to listen to various stakeholders (e. g., customers, Sales) and generate actionable insights. Highly objective, confronts the brutal facts and uses data to thoughtfully and collaboratively challenge business leaders in discussions on how to improve product performance. Ability to strive for continuous improvement in critical processes. Communication skills and appropriate executive presence required for effective interactions with senior members of our sales team and customer base. Successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
