FP&A Manager / Finance Manager - Come Work For A Danaher Company

North America FP&A Manager in Videojet is responsible for supporting North American region on Business planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, performance management, revenue/cost analytics. FP&A Manager will support drive overall monthly NA planning & reporting processes including orders, revenue, margin and Opex via developing standardized & ad-hoc analytics to provide accurate and timely financial transparency & timely process management.

Key Responsibilities: Develop annual financial plan, monthly forecasts and monthly estimate for P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Cash Flow analysis. Complete variance analysis of business performance and derive meaningful outcomes in the context of Danaher commitments and comparative monthly, quarterly and annual performance. Maintain & develop accurate financial reporting & Forecasting per US GAAP on HFM on a timely basis for NA region. Ensure financial close deliverables are completed timely and accurately. Prepare timely and accurate monthly business review and forecast packages and ad-hoc analysis as required by Finance Director.

Key Competencies (rank ordered) Experience in developing advanced financial modeling including margin & revenue analytics, expense analysis, consolidated financial & sales reporting. Ability to create and develop meaningful ad-hoc financial modeling & analysis on Excel and/or HFM creating meaningful analytics, business insight & transparency. Strong analytical ability to identify variations and trends, ability to dig-in to details and summarize business outcomes. Highly responsive with sense of urgency to provide high quality, accurate deliverables under tight time pressure. Solid accounting knowledge including full financial statement understanding and analysis skills (Balance sheet, P&L & Cash flow)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
