Director Of Talent Management

The Director of Talent Management is a newly created global role. The Director of Talent Management is responsible for strategically designing and implementing talent management initiatives across the company, including initiatives around succession planning, high potential employees, rotational programs, and management and leadership training. This role reports to the VP of HR.
Ensure talent development and management programs are clearly aligned with business strategy.
Lead the design and implementation of a succession planning program at senior levels and for key roles in the organization.
Partner with senior leadership to define qualifications for identifying high potential employees.
Create and implement a program to develop high potential employees.
Expand and enhance current mentorship program to all business units.
Design and implement a developmental rotation program.
Identify gaps and implement leadership training as well as manager training.
Revitalize and standardize new employee orientation across all business units.
Manage the company intern program.
Oversee performance management system and process.
Develop new processes and identify potential systems to enhance the talent management function.
Oversee learning management system (Oracle/Taleo Learn), training, and regulatory audits around training.
Work closely with business leaders and HR leaders throughout the company.
Develop internal communications and marketing materials to support initiatives.
Supervise the Manager of Learning and Development.
All other duties as assigned.

Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four year college or university. Masters degree preferred.
Seven or more years of experience in Talent Management or Talent Development, including three years leading company-wide talent initiatives.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
