Assistant Sales Coordinator

Work directly with Sales Coordinator, Sales Executives and Operations Associates on multiple high priority projects by assisting in marketing, cost analyses, quotation, packaging and product development, and many other areas.
Duties would include, but will not be limited to:
Project Cost Analyses
Product Packaging Development and Costing
Marketing Communications
Project Timeline Management
Regulatory Document Management
Required Skills:
Computer Skills: Windows, Excel proficient, PowerPoint proficient, Email proficient, QuickBooks desirable
Excellent Communication Skills -- Oral, Written, Phone and Interpersonal
Excellent Time Management Skills
Self-Motivated -- must understand urgency and timelines and be able to meet deadlines in a proactive manner
Ability to work in a rapidly changing and evolving workplace

Experience:
must have some experience in sales, business, or marketingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
