Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of database software, file architecture and file transfer.
Knowledge of operating PC computer systems and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
Knowledge, skills and abilities in collecting, manipulating and creating reports related to date, information and assessment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of PowerSchool or other Student Information System.
REPORTS TO:
Curriculum Director and Business Manager JOB GOALS:
To manage student information systems and manage all activities related to reporting.
PERFORMANCE
Responsibilities:
Assists in the development and deployment of systems and processes to assure effective and efficient use of student data/information sources.
Maintains student and assessment data bases and provides reports for all areas of student learning and inclusive of all instructional programs.
Generates reports and provides assistance for building leadership teams, curriculum and business offices.
Manages all data associated with State Information System (SIS) and ISBE reporting.
Assists administrative staff with data collection, management, and dissemination.
Other duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Full time, 12 month contract/40 Hours a Week Salary range:
$70,000 to $80,000 DOQ Must be willing to work flexible hours Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) member Benefits package Job Type:
