Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Provides administrative support to Sales Managers in multiple regions.
Data entry relating to Proposing, Activating and Canceling of Customer Contracts.
Generating, printing, and distributing of Service Tickets (Monthly and as needed) Billing service tickets and sending out invoices via mail, email, customer portals, etc.
Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and Excel.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
