The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the scope of work of a project and estimating the product quantities on that project.
The candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the knowledge of reading blue prints.
Some physical measurements, site visits, and scheduling meetings may be required.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Callidus estimating program and manual takeoffs.
Completing excel spread sheet.
Read architectural blueprints, sketches, autocad drawings, and physical measures.
Looking up product specifications.
Printing all information required for projects.
Create and print scaled plans for installation and bidding process.
Create PDF files for sales staff to be sent to General Contractors and clients for scope review.
Download all project information from FTP sites and / or websites.
Scan into system all essential paper drawings and site review notes.
Requirements:
Prefer at least 3 years experience with Callidus Software and estimating in commercial flooring.
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Strong mathematical expertise Salary to commensurate with experience.
