Must be a highly competent and reliable team member for billing, and other general office responsibilities as required.
The successful candidate needs to be detail oriented, organized, and efficient.

Responsibilities and Duties Monthly processing of invoicing/contract billing for sales team members Review contracts received for discrepancies Interact with salesmen and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing Create pay applications in customers 3rd party systems Track change orders Utilize computer to process reports and perform high volume data entry Work with our insurance company requesting proper insurance certificates QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Must be dependable and self motivated Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Previous experience with AIA documents a plus Experience in Peachtree/Sage systems a plus Basic accounting knowledge a must Benefits Medical / Dental insurance packages Roth / 401K Retirement plans Paid Vacation/Sick/Personal Time Required Experience/Education 2 years construction billing experience.
