The CSR will be responsible for working as a liaison between the warehouse and customers to ensure customer requests are completed timely and accurately.
Responsibilities for the CSR include but are not limited to:
Filing documents and printing BOLs Perform customer service duties with correspondence to customers and overseas partners, emails, etc.
Ability to work well and contribute in a team setting Review and send invoices Direct communication with warehouse team Perform other duties as requested by management Core Skills and
Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience Prior accounts payable experience Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
