Two years experience in air/ocean export operations is required CargoWise experience preferred Job Description Create pre-alerts and notify clients Communicate effectively with clients and origin offices regarding shipment status, special handling and delivery process.
Track shipments to ensure arrival and delivery to destination.
Process vendor and agent invoices Create invoices Ensure files are organized, billed, complete, and closed in a timely manner.
Work with and maintain a team environment Additional duties as assigned Monthly closing of shipments/reports Update track and trace and maintain any client reports.
