Our community was built in 2018, and provides luxury senior living to assisted, independent, and memory care residents.
We are looking for a Sales Representative to collaborate with other members of the management team, with the goal of connecting with potential clients and assisting in their transition into our community.

Position
Summary:
As the Sales Representative, you will be using your knowledge of Radcliff products and services to connect with clients and generate sales for the organization.
You will be providing services such as:
community tours, payment options, fielding client anxiety, and connecting clients with appropriate staff members to assist them in their day to day needs.
Responsibilities for this position Develop sales pitches to sell products or services Make cold calls to sales leads and take calls from prospective clients Maintain documentation of sales using the current organizational software Be knowledgeable about the product Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill requests of the client Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships Qualifications Proven work experience as a sales representative (minimum 3 years preferred) Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the clients' needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Salary:
$75,000 starting annual salary and is negotiable depending on years of experience Weekly Schedule Monday to Friday Weekend and holiday availability Benefits of this Position:
