Midtown Home Improvements is looking to add an Administrative Assistant for our Production Department.

Job
Responsibilities:
Schedule services and collection appointments Execute and track orders for product and service parts Ownership of reporting and metrics pertaining to department weekly and monthly Prepare reimbursements and payroll sheets for various installers Maintain, update, and create job folders and installer packets Point of contact for customers, maintain communication via phone and email Ideal Candidate:
Vast experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc) Detail-oriented and organized Confident when speaking with customers via the phone and email Hunger for professional growth

Full-time Pay:
$42,500/year.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
